UNMANNED ELECTRIC VEHICLE “SHATTLE” OPERATED USIND 5G NETWORK

A developers’ team of "Mechatronica-Pro" has successfully developed, implemented and tuned electric drive of steering rack, which is a part of unmanned electric bus KAMAZ-1221 «SHATTLE». The solution was based on years of experience in this industry developing the high-precision servo-drives. Test-drive and demonstration to general public of the unmanned shuttle that has been developed by «KAMAZ» took place 12.06.2018 in Kazan-city (Russia).

For the demonstration, the speed of the vehicle was limited to 10 km/h. The shuttle is planned to be used during Football 2018 World Cup 2018 to transport at part of the route from fan zone to stadium «Kazan Arena».
